Our Sunday Life Celebrations begin every Sunday at 11:00 AM.
We are re-inventing what used to be called "church." Live music,
guided meditations, singing, chanting, dancing and an inclusive message
of self-empowerment is what you'll find... along with a community of
heart opened humans. Stay awhile and partake in a free community brunch. This is a perfect opportunity to access spiritual community... an important component of any life journey.

Much of what we call exercise these days involves loud music, hard, fast movement and a lot of pain. This is the opposite. This is a stress reducing stretching and self-massage class drawing on the ancient technolgies of Tai Chi and Qigong. This class will be extremely beneficial to anyone seeking to rehab or just relax. These exercises are non-competetive, at your own pace and bring the benefits of wellness, improved immunity and flexibility. If your work involves high stress, physical labor or you're just on your feet all day, then this class is definitely for you. Bring a yoga mat or large towel and wear loose clothingl. A $5-$10 donation is suggested.

This is a rigorous workout, so come prepared to sweat. $12 walk-in, with bargain packages available. A portion of the fee goes to help support Center operations.
